Earning and Redeeming Points:

Rewards Program members can earn points when shopping at any America’s Thrift Stores physical store location. Please note that purchases of new items, furniture, mattresses and online store purchases are not eligible for earning rewards, and no rewards are provided in connection with making a donation. Points are accrued when a member presents their loyalty number or has their information looked up by phone number or email at checkout in connection with an eligible purchase.

The point system is as follows:

1. Earn 1 point for every $1 spent.

2. Points can be redeemed once a member has accrued 250 points or more, and members earn $5 off a future transaction at 250 points.

3. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.[1]

4. Members can check their point balance at the bottom of their receipts or online in the member portal.

5. Points and rewards balances may be updated with a delay of up to 24 hours.

6. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Points cannot be exchanged for gift cards.

8. Points may not be used towards taxes.

9. Points are non-transferable.

10. No change will be given for point redemptions.

America’s Thrift Stores is not responsible for any changes to a member’s email address or phone number, nor for points not received due to inaccurate or outdated information provided by the member.

Additional Promotions:

In addition to earning points, members may receive notifications about exclusive offers related to the rewards program, such as limited-time promotions that can only be redeemed within specified time frames. Certain offers may be available only while supplies last.

America’s Thrift Stores Rewards can be combined with select discounts at our discretion. However, rewards cannot be combined with in-store discounts such as tag color sales or special promotions like Senior Citizen Discounts.

Thank you for being a valued member of America’s Thrift Stores Rewards Program! We appreciate your loyalty and look forward to serving you.
