• DONATION PICKUP CENTER is open and scheduling home pickup appointments for as early as 7/13/2020.  For your safety and the safety of our driver teams, all donation items must be left outside. Our driver teams will be wearing protective gear and adhering to the 6 ft social distancing guideline and remaining outside all dwellings.

  • ACCIDENTAL DONATION AT STORE OR BIN: Dropped something off at a store or in a box/bin by accident and need it back? Due to the size of our donation network with inventory storage across the Southeast, we are unable to guarantee that we can locate a specific item/s for you. Please send ALL the following information to DONATIONS@americasthrift.com
    • Detailed description of the item with a picture if available (color/size/shape, bagged or boxed, as much detail as possible)
    • The box site address / location (city, state and other landmarks if address is unknown)
    • Your contact information
    • Date and approximate time the item was dropped off
    • If item/s matching the description are found you will be notified… but again, we can’t make any guarantees, this is a very difficult task.
