How do I accumulate points?
You earn points on every purchase, both new and thrift. This includes new items like mattress sets, drinks, chips and more. If you purchase it in our store, it’s worth points.
How can I use my points?
First, register online. You cannot redeem any rewards until your card is registered.
Once registered, present The App at check out to earn points with every purchase, which you can later use towards a future purchase.
Once you’ve reached 100 points (200 for first redemption), you will receive $5 off your next purchase – both new and thrift! This includes mattress sets, drinks, chips, furniture and more.
How much are my points worth?
Every $1 spent is 1 point. So, if you spend $25 on a visit, you receive 25 points.
What else do I get for signing up?
Besides $5 off purchases, you will also receive special offers including discounts for card holders, bonus points and more! We’ll even send you a special offer on your birthday. Make sure you complete your profile to receive these special offers! If we don’t have your email address, we can’t let you know about special offers and more! Don’t miss out!
I signed up online, but I don’t want to use my phone. How can I get a physical card?
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send you a card ASAP, but we encourage everyone to try the app first. it’s super easy!
How do I edit my profile on my account?
Log into the Loyalty Program Member Portal and click “profile.” You can manage your profile from there.
What do I do if I lose my card?
No worries, we can look up your card by your phone number or your email address at check out. You can still access all of your info and point balance in your Loyalty account. Remember, if you haven’t registered, there is no way for us to look you up in the system. All unregistered cards that are lost will also lose all points.
My card isn’t working or I lost it. I’d like a new one.
No Problem! We can transfer the points. Simply email email@example.com
Do I get to choose when and how many points I get to redeem after I’ve accumulated enough?
Yes! You can choose when and how many points to redeem on future purchases. Don’t want to use them on your next purchase? No Problem!
Why can’t I redeem my points?
Have you completed your profile? – You can only redeem after you’ve completed your profile. You can always accumulate point with each purchase. Make sure you’re ready to redeem your rewards and complete your profile today!
Do you have enough points? – You must have 200 points for your first redemption. After that, you only need 100. Remember it’s $5 for every 100 points.
I’m missing points from a recent transaction. How can I get those points credited to my account?
If you believe there are missing points, please take a picture of your receipt and email firstname.lastname@example.org (please allow 5 business days from the date of your email to make adjustments. Then check your balance for changes.)
Receipts made prior to account activation do not qualify.
Receipts older than 30 days do not qualify because they are past the rewards application period.
I want to transfer my points to a different card. How can I do that?
We can handle that! just email us at email@example.com. Make sure you include your original 19-digit card number so we can access the correct account.
I’m still having issues with my app. Can you help me?
Absolutely! Check with the floor supervisor or store manager at your favorite store or send us an email with a description of the issues you are experiencing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
