Shipping Address
It is our policy to ship to CONFIRMED addresses only. Because we use Paypal as our payment processor, a Confirmed address is either one that has been verified on your Paypal account or the address where the credit card bill is mailed to. Due to the high incident rate of fraud on the internet, we can not ship to unconfirmed addresses as this indicates that we can not establish the identity of the person presenting the credit card.
Same Day Shipping
Orders received before 4pm Central Standard Time on normal business days are shipped the same day unless otherwise notified. This is our normal practice but not a guarantee. Orders received after that time and on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.
Shipping & Handling Rates
Shipping rates vary by the item(s) and are based on weight. We add a small handling fee to every shipment for the cost of packaging materials. Our system quotes directly from the US Postal Service and UPS based on the final weight of your packed box. We no longer offer refunds on the shipping and handling fees. If you feel our system is quoting too high, please contact us before making your purchase.
Package Tracking
You will be supplied your delivery confirmation number so you have constant access to your package information. Follow your package at USPS Track & Confirm
Estimated Delivery Times:
All delivery times are estimated and can not be guaranteed. Please contact us if you would like Express mail service as we normally do not offer this service.
- First Class Mail: 3-6 days
- Priority Mail: 2-3 days
- Parcel Post: 4-7 days
- Priority International Mail: Varies depending on destination
- APO/FPO Delivery: Delivery times to your location can not be estimated.
All items we sell are sold AS-IS and returns are only accepted if the item was clearly misrepresented. We measure the majority of our garments on the OUTSIDE of the material and inner measurements may be smaller. Please understand that our measurements are approximate but we are more than happy to measure the garment according to your needs. While we do our best to capture the true color of the garments we list, differences in computer monitors and lighting may affect the color shown.
